Diesel offers a straightforward return process for items purchased on our official online store within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit the 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all original tags and the completed return form are included inside.
Ship the Package
Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
